What's inside my box?
Every box contains at least 5-8 quality décor pieces with the same style and charm you’ve come to expect from Farmhouse On Main. Our commitment to you is simple – to infuse your home with the charm, character and functionality that farmhouse style is known for. Pieces are hand selected to blend seamless together or to work individually on their own and while unique and inspiring, are still neutral enough to work with your existing décor.
These are some of the items that could be in your box each month:
-Textiles like pillows, throws and blankets
-Wall décor like signs, accent pieces and shelving
-Tabletop items like candle holders, vases and photo frames
-Organization and storage pieces like baskets, bins and decorative trays

The pieces in each At Home Subscription Box are a complete surprise. We'll share teasers, sneak peaks and hints on social media, but we like to keep the contents a mystery so it really is like unwrapping a gift with every delivery. A few days after delivery, we'll do a full reveal or live box opening on the Farmhouse On Main Facebook page.

Q: Are all boxes the same or can I choose the contents?
A: The home décor in each At Home box is hand selected in advance and, at this time, you cannot choose what is in your box. While the contents are a mystery, you can be sure that every box will be packed with style and charm. All subscribers receive the same box each month.
Q: Is this a subscription?
A: Yes, every other month your card on file will be automatically charged on the 15th and your box will be packed and ready for shipment or store pick up within the first week of the following month per the schedule below:
-Billing Date: January 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of February
-Billing Date: March 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of April
-Billing Date: May 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of June
-Billing Date: July 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of August
-Billing Date: September 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of October
-Billing Date: November 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of December
Q: Is there a commitment or can I cancel at anytime?
A: No commitment. If you need to cancel, please email us at farmhouseonmain@yahoo.com with the subject line "cancel subscription" at least 14 days prior to the next billing date (the 15th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
Q: How can I get my box?
A: Boxes can be shipped to anywhere in the continental US for $19.99. If you're local, boxes can be picked up. Just be sure to select the "Local Pick-Up" option on the product page to have your shipping fee waived and to alert us that you will be picking up. You'll receive an email when your box is ready.
Q: I just ordered my first box- what happens now?
A: When you checkout, you'll be charged for your first box and your box will ship the following month (example: subscribe in February, box ships in March). Subsequent boxes will then be billed per the schedule below:
-Billing Date: January 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of February
-Billing Date: March 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of April
-Billing Date: May 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of June
-Billing Date: July 15th, Box Ready: 3rd week of August

Q: Can I return or exchange box items that I don't like?
A: Because Farmhouse On Main hand selects the home décor in each At Home box specifically for its members, there are no returns or substitutions for any box item. The pieces in each box are designed to blend seamlessly together, but can also work individually on their own. If you don't like one of the items in your box, we recommend giving it to a friend or family member. At Home with Farmhouse On Main décor makes the perfect gift!
